These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sales Shark Academy programs, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully before accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Sales Shark Academy offering.

Sales Shark Academy provides education, coaching, and training only. We do not offer financial, legal, medical, or tax advice, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from your participation.

  • All content, coaching, and materials are for educational and informational purposes only.
  • Any examples of income, sales, client results, or performance are illustrative only and not promises, guarantees, or predictions of your results.
  • Your results depend on many factors, including but not limited to your experience, skills, commitment, implementation, market conditions, and personal circumstances.
  • You agree that Sales Shark Academy, its founders, coaches, and team are not responsible for your decisions, actions, or results before, during, or after using the Services.
  • You are solely responsible for consulting with qualified professionals (such as legal, financial, or tax advisors) regarding any business, financial, or contractual decisions.

3. Accounts & Access

To access certain programs, portals, or materials, you may be required to create an account or be granted access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of this access.

  • You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account, password, or access links with any other person.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
  • You agree to notify us promptly at the contact information below if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, if we believe you have shared login details, violated these Terms, or misused the Services.
  • Access periods, including "lifetime" or ongoing access, refer to the life of the program or platform as offered by Sales Shark Academy and are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Payment & Refund Terms

By purchasing any Sales Shark Academy program or product, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method according to the plan you select at checkout.

  • All fees are stated and charged in the currency indicated at checkout and are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or processing fees, which may be added as required by law or by the payment processor.
  • If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments on time and in full. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
  • You authorize automatic recurring charges for payment plans until all installments are paid, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Except where explicitly stated otherwise on the specific offer page or checkout, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Any refund policy specific to a program will be clearly stated at the point of purchase and will apply only to that program; where no specific policy is stated, the default is no refunds.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us to attempt a good-faith resolution may result in immediate termination of access and may be referred to collections or legal action.

5. SMS Consent & A2P Disclosures

We may offer the option to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages related to Sales Shark Academy, including updates, reminders, and promotional messages. Your participation in SMS communications is voluntary and subject to the following terms, including A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging compliance.

6. Community Conduct

Many of our programs include access to group calls, communities, chats, or other shared spaces. We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive environment and expect the same from all participants.

  • You agree to treat all members, team, and coaches with respect, kindness, and professionalism, even when you disagree.
  • Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, abusive language, bullying, or sharing others’ personal information without consent is strictly prohibited.
  • You agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants’ personal stories, business details, and any sensitive information shared within the community.
  • You will not use the community spaces to spam, pitch unsolicited offers, or engage in aggressive self-promotion unless clearly permitted.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove you from any program or community space, without refund, for behavior we determine to be harmful, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through Sales Shark Academy are protected by intellectual property laws and are for your personal and business use within the scope of the program only.

  • All programs, videos, workbooks, frameworks, scripts, templates, trainings, branding, logos, and written materials are owned or licensed by Sales Shark Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own business and personal development during the term of your access.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, license, publicly display, or otherwise exploit our content or materials for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
  • You may not represent any of our proprietary frameworks, scripts, or trainings as your own intellectual property or create derivative programs that substantially replicate our content.
  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms, and any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales Shark Academy and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents limit their liability for your use of the Services and require your agreement to indemnify us under certain circumstances.

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
